I have been playing percussion for almost two decades. In the UK I
taught Ghanaian hand drums, djembe and samba. In 1998 I moved to
Africa where I played hundreds of gigs and several commercial
recording sessions. I moved to Canada in 2007 and have shifted my
emphasis from gigging to teaching. I teach beginner and intermediate
afro-cuban percussion, principally congas but also smaller instruments
(bells, shakers, woodblocks...). I can come to you for lessons.
