Shipping and Return Policy

 

Dave’s Drum Shop inc. is a Canadian company and as such, when shipping to other countries certain issues arise:

Shipping charges do not include any taxes (if applicable) levied by the purchaser’s federal, state or local governments. UPS, the postal service or the relevant shipping company usually collects these taxes when the shipment arrives.

Dave’s Drum Shop inc. does the best to provide you with an accurate assessment of items through clear digital photographs and a detailed description. SECOND HAND STORE owned items carry a warranty. Instruments for 6 months. Warranty excludes consumable accessories such as sticks, skins etc. CONSIGNMENT items are being sold on behalf of the owner. Dave’s Drum Shop inc. cannot provide a warranty for these items, but each consignment sale is backed by a 24-hour inspection period. NEW items carry a full manufacturer’s warranty. In most cases the item can be returned or replaced by Dave's Drum Shop inc. Please inquire for further details.

All packages insured through a mutually agreed shipper. In case your products are damaged during shipment, please take note of this right away, and keep the original packaging, including your tracking information. It is your responsibility to contact the shipper regarding any damage caused during shipping. Please contact us as soon as possible in the event that we may be able to help with a claim by providing appropriate documentation.

 

In the case that your item requires warranty or return please contact Dave’s Drum Shop. You will be given a Return Authorization (RA) number. At this time you will also be given instructions on how to ship the item(s) back to Dave's Drum Shop. We will repair, replace or refund at our discretion once we determine the condition of the faulty product. Returns will not be accepted without this RA Number.

 

Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser

 

SHIPPING POLICY

Dave’s Drum Shop inc. ships most products through UPS worldwide. Should the product be too large for UPS, we will work with a reputable freight forwarder to arrange for your package to be safely delivered.

 

All products may also be picked up directly at the store free of charge as opposed to having it shipped to you. Due to the complex nature of drums and the variety of services we use shipping for all orders will be priced upon receiving the order. Rest assured, we will find the best possible price through our worldwide network. We will respond to all orders requiring a shipping quote during our regular business hours (EST)

1. To process the transaction we require a valid telephone number to allow our staff to verify the order.
2. To help prevent Internet credit card fraud, we track IP (Internet Protocol) addresses through our web host.
3. Information must be exactly as it appears on your credit card statement.
   If "Ship To Address" is different than "Billing Address" we will have to hold processing of the order for approximately 48 hours while the address is confirmed.
